Dubai’s iconic skyline is about to welcome a groundbreaking addition: the tallest hotel in the world. Ciel Dubai Marina, soaring 365 meters across 82 floors, is poised to set a new global standard for hotel design and vertical living. Developed by The First Group and designed by the renowned NORR Group, Ciel is an ambitious project featuring enclosed landscaped terraces that ascend the entire height of the tower. With construction rapidly advancing, the project is on track for substantial completion by the year 2025.

Ciel’s design embodies a pursuit of clarity and elegance, resulting in a striking and sophisticated structure. The tower’s minimalist, abstract detailing and singular form are a testament to the innovative vision behind it. “The design of Ciel represents the challenge of Integrated Design, where architects and engineers collaborate to unlock the building’s hidden potential,” said the lead architect.

Early in the project, computational fluid dynamics and wind tunnel modeling played a crucial role in shaping the tower. Once completed, Ciel will offer more than 1,000 luxurious hotel rooms, featuring twelve vertically stacked atrium gardens within a 300-meter-tall central atrium. The tower will also boast an array of world-class amenities, including fine dining restaurants, state-of-the-art health facilities, and four exterior swimming pools. Among these is a stunning ocean-facing infinity pool on the 76th floor. Crowning the tower, an observation deck will provide guests with awe-inspiring views that stretch to the horizon.

Ciel Dubai Marina is not just another addition to Dubai’s skyline—it’s a symbol of architectural innovation and the city’s unrelenting drive towards excellence.
